KTRL couldn't help but notice that celebutard Nicole Richie got busted for DUI the other day. The reason we couldn't help but notice is not that she looks like she went out in clothes she stole from our dirty laundry nor because of her close resemblance to Skeletor from the He-MAN cartoon. No we noticed because of this quote from her lawyer:
